Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In light of my love of Strictly Come Dancing and in memory of my late father, Alan Cherry, who was the first ever Chairman of Essex Air Ambulance, I am participating in Strictly Air Ambulance 2016.

The event will take place at Charter Hall in Colchester on Friday 11th March 2016 and will feature current Strictly star Gleb Savchenko! All tickets have now been sold!

Six contestants (including myself), all from the County, have been paired with local dance professionals to compete to become Strictly Air Ambulance Champions 2016!

I have been paired with Natasha Fellowes, principal of the Diamente Dance Academy in Chelmsford, and we have been selected to dance a waltz and a samba.

Whilst making a total fool of myself I am also keen to raise as much money as I can for Essex Air Ambulance. They need a staggering £500,000 each month to keep their helicopters in the air and provide their essential life saving services to our County.

Any contribution you are able to make, however large or small, will be more than gratefully appreciated.

Thank you so much

Graham (Biggs) Cherry
