The charity play a vital role in the lives of those serving or who have served in the armed forces.

I am proud to have served in the Royal Navy for fifteen years and have close links to friends and family who have and still serve.  

This will also be a personal challenge for me, but, nothing in comparison to what others have faced or face every day.
