I am an avid runner, who like a bit of a challenge and this is my Capital to Coast Ultra "Trilogy" fund raising event for RBWA, and I am really excited about taking part in the event again, having completed the event in 2019 and 2021. 

I first found out about RBWA back in 2019 through my work, and after contacting them and finding out more about them, I really wanted to help them continue the great work they do by providing support for vulnerable women and children who suffer extreme domestic abuse.

I and the RBWA would very much appreciate any fund raising support you could offer.
