I first came into contact with diabetes at the age of 15 when my brother became diabetic. Subsequentlly I myself became diabetic much later in life.

It will be great to use the ride to stay fit and healthy as well as supporting the great work of Diabetes UK.

I  did the ride last year in 5 hours so let's see if I can improve on my time!
