As part of his 70th Birthday celebrations, Graham is taking on the
double challenge of : 

Shedding 20% of his body weight from 100
kilograms down to 80 Kilograms in the next two months 

AND ..

Attempting ‘The Longest Zip line in Europe and Fastest in the World’ at Penrhyn Quarry North Wales.

The weigh in for the weight loss will be on his 44^th Wedding Anniversary on the 8^th September 2017 and the Zip Line Challenge will take place a week later on 15^th September at 12 noon!

A picture of the scales and of him at the end of the descent
will be available on the website as proof of his achievements!

Graham aims to raise £250 per kilo and £5,000 in total in aid of the charity and to kick start the target is sponsoring himself to the tune £25 per kilo.
