I am the current Mayor of Denbigh. My Father passed away recently due to an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm and I wanted to do something to help with research into this condition. My friend Dave Wilton recovered from Testicular Cancer 5 years ago and we decided to do a challenge together to raise money for the Circulation Foundation and for Cancer Research.

Our Challenge is to cycle from Denbigh visiting the Walled Towns in North Wales, namely Denbigh, Caernarfon, Beaumaris, Conwy and back to Denbigh. Over 100 miles and some big hills!!!
