It’s Autism Awareness Week and I want to do my bit to raise awareness while raising a few £££ into the bargain, so I’m taking part in 7k For 700k.

There are around 700,000 autistic people in the UK - that’s around 1 in 100 of the population - so it’s probably something that affects people close to every single one of us every single day.

For my football friends, that’s around 40-50 people at every AFC Wimbledon home game. 

I’ll be attempting to run 7km today (April 1) while staying socially distanced. 

No pressure to chip in in these strange and tough times, but all donations welcome, no matter how big or small, and by reading this you’ve already done your but to raise awareness, so thank you.
