On January the 15th 2016 I will be taking part in the Tour d'Afrique. A cycle race/expedition crossing Africa from North to South covering 12,000km in four months, from Cairo to Cape Town. The route starting at the Pyramids will travel through 10 countries, crossing desserts, mountains, savanna, through forests and across rivers before Table Mountain looms into view.

I have decided to raise funds for the Oxford Heart Centre in memory of my Grandad who passed away in June of this year and of the amazing work of the men and women there who made is last months as comfortable as they could.
