London Marathon 2019 · 28 April 2019 ·

We raise money to improve the lives of people affected by cancer. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, we will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

Story

Next year, I will be running the London Marathon in memory of my amazing brother-in-law Sam Vennart and to raise as much money for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. Every penny raised will mean that the Royal Marsden can continue to provide the best possible treatment and care for patients just like Sam. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and ground breaking research, to creating the best patient environments, the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity needs your money to continue to take the fight to Cancer.

Sam was diagnosed with a rare Cancer in 2016 and the Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton looked after Sam and supported his family and friends before he sadly passed away. I will be remembering my amazingly positive and brave brother-in-law and all the good family times we had together as I set off on my first ever Marathon.

Please help me to raise £2,000 and beyond. Every donation that you make will drive me on through the training and into the Marathon. Help me to raise money in Sam’s memory and to help the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity to continue to lead the world in their pioneering efforts against Cancer.
