Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Well, it promised to be a life changing event for both myself and children in the UK and Manilla.

Together, we are further along that journey.

Firstly, thanks to your kind and generous sponsorship, we are on our way to the Openwork Foundation target of £200,000 for this trip.

We still need more, so please encourage others to contribute or if you feel the urge, you can always make an additional donation!

From my own life changing experience....well I did it!  I cycled every inch of the 400 kms journey.  I went uphill.  I went downhill.  I endured monsoon rain.  I coped with the blazing sunshine.  I hit the wall.  I even went to hell and back.

But I did it....along with more than 40 other special people of all shapes and sizes, including an amputee.

It was a truly inspirational moment to cross the finishing line with these people and reflect on what we achieved.

New friends were made and new experiences were shared.

We know what we did, how we did it and I'm sure why we did it!

Many will return for the next cycle challenge.  Some may not.

However, it is not a closed club.  I proved that!  So, if you have felt inspired by my experience, then give it a go.  Start your training and see you next year!
