On 29th September 2009, The New Victoria Medical Foundation Kilimanjaro Challenge Team will begin an  attempt to reach the summit of Africa's highest peak. There are 12 of us in the team plus our guide and most of us have past our first flush of youth and so this will be a huge challenge for us all and the experience of a lifetime.

We are aiming to raise a minimum of £100,000 so that the foundation can continue to provide medical support to help improve the lives of those in most need. Please sponsor me and help to improve not only the lives of the current generation of the needy, but generations to come.
