Being honest, I'm not a massive fan of rugby league so cant say I know much about the sporting achievements of Rob Burrow but I do know how important relationships are. In all aspects of life, its all about relationships. I see the love between Kevin Sinfield and Rob. Two friends who have been part of a successful team and one of them wants to do everything he can to support his friend. 

Men are generally rubbish at showing their feelings so perhaps having these two as role models might change the tide.

I cant begin to understand what its like being Rob and living with MND. I expect its pretty rubbish and I know my marathon jounrney will be rubbish too and challenging and tough, but nothing like how other suffer with MND. 

If I can raise some money to help build a new MND centre in Leeds then I will do my little bit to help people living with and suffering as a result of MND. My small bit with all the other small contributions for the over 10,000 people now signed up to run the Leeds marathon will add up to make a big difference in terms of awareness of MND and a facility in Leeds.
