Hospice Of St Francis (Berkhamsted) - Dame For A Laugh · 1 April 2012 ·

The Hospice helps people to live their precious lives well. Our care has many forms – at home, in our outpatient Spring Centre or through specialised care in one of our Hospice beds - and is defined by each person's need. We rely on donations to raise the £6m we need each year to fund our free care.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Absolutely everybody that knew lifelong Everton supporter Barry Jones knows he would rather have been seen in a Manchester United shirt than a dress! He did however like nothing better than someone else making a fool of themselves and would support them in their endeavours to the hilt.

So I'm putting on a dress and strolling through Hemel in the hope that I can raise a few quid to support the Hospice that looked after Barry in his last few weeks with such care and dignity.

I'll be joining the Dame For a Laugh walk in Hemel on April 1st if anyone wants to come along and laugh at me. There will be plenty of pics later...
