For over a decade, Mondo Foundation has helped build and support a range of schools in Nepal and N.E India. With over 30 schools completed we are now turning our focus on equipping teachers and improving the quality of education,  both within the classrooms and wider community. In September and October this year we are sending 8 wonderful former teachers from the UK to go and work with the schools in the Himalayan region of N.E India.

Graham is one of these volunteers and is paying for his trip and accommodation himself.  However, he is also trying to raise funds so that when he is there he is able to help some of the schools practically with new equipment and learning resources.

All money raised will be channeled through Mondo Foundation and can be gift-aided. We will then forward funds raised to the schools via our NGO partner in India (Mondo Challenge Kalimpong) which co-ordinates the work across 13 primary and secondary schools.

It would be great if we could get behind Graham and support his work in 2 of the schools in Darjeeling. Many recognise the amazing work he has undertaken in London as a head teacher and mentor to other teachers. It would be wonderful if we can support him as he takes his knowledge and professional skills to share with teachers working in extremely poor schools in this part of the world.
