I myself have got relapsing remitting MS , this year marks my 10th anniversary  living with this disease. This is my second time taking part in the London 10k for the MS Trust.  The MS trust was extremely helpful to us when I was getting diagnosed , it helped us make decisions and explained to me what MS was. The MS Trust can only operate and produce and educate by donations so help me help them any £ you can spare I would be very grateful 😊.
