On the 27th July, I will be diving into the gloriously warm waters of the Victoria dock in London and swimming 1500m. I will then run to my bike and cycle 40km around London before running 10km in a final effort to collapse.

This is in memopry of my Mother, Sheila, who died from a brain tumour on 11th February 2012, her 59th birthday. Compared to what she went through, this event is easy.
