I'm running the 2026 Great North Run for Prostate Cancer UK in memory of my amazing Dad Paul.

I'm starting out with my Couch to 5K journey with my end goal of the Great North Run - Half Marathon distance in Sept 2026.

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. I've experienced the impact of this with my Dad and also several friends too.
