Hello!

I'm running the Great South Run and hoping to raise some cash for the good people of The Lifehouse in Southsea to ensure they never run out of sausages (and rent and bills etc..). 

They provide hot dinners, community and support. They also run soup kitchen/food bank and are always happy to accept clothes and cans (of food lol, see below). 

I'm hoping to do a total Paula Radcliffe and run it in under 70 minutes as I've already bought the T-shirt. Please donate how you feel that would be great and really really appreciated :) 

Also please do come and shout at me from the sidelines.

About the LifeHouse:

"The LifeHouse is a resource, support centre and kitchen that serves hot food in Albert Road, Southsea.  We aim to target immediate needs and issues surrounding homelessness and addiction for those in need in Southsea and Portsmouth.

Many in our city are facing desperate situations, but whatever the circumstances, our aim is to show that there is a way out. We plan to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to improve their situation through the variety of services we offer."
