Hi everyone! I’m running the AJ Bell Great Birmingham Run 10k for Alzheimer’s Society in memory of my lovely grandmother, Maura.

I’m doing this run for her, and for the whole family. Especially her husband Trevor who did everything for her. She was the most kind and gentle woman you could ever wish to meet and she was loved by anyone who had the fortune of meeting her.

Those of you who know me well, know that I am absolutely useless when it comes to running but it’s for a good cause and I’m ready for the challenge!
