Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Great Dames' Chariots of Fire JustGiving page for 2022!

Chariots of Fire is one of Cambridgeshire's largest annual charity events, organised and managed by Hewitsons Charitable Trust. This year the Great Dames are running for the eighth time and fundraising for the Arthur Rank Hospice Charity, which supports people in Cambridgeshire living with an advanced serious illness or other life-limiting condition and those who need end-of-life care. Its outstanding services are provided free of charge to patients and their loved ones. Arthur Rank Hospice Charity plan to use the funds raised through Chariots of Fire 2022 to help support the expansion of the Charity's retail business.

In 2021, the Great Dames raised a phenomenal £27,000 for the East Anglian Air Ambulance by running in Chariots of Fire, so please help us to approach this amount this year for another invaluable regional healthcare support service.

Huge thanks from Great Dames Mary, Carol, Clare, Sue, Theresa and Nicola!
