Our NHS staff have done so much for us all this year, we are taking on The Great Hospital Hike on Saturday 18 September to recognise their efforts and go the extra mile for them. The King's Comms Conquerors are Danielle Munroe, Rob Marlow, Chris Albas-Martin, Nial Anderson and Rebecca Kingdom-Kruszewski.

I am also going to be walking over the top of the O2 on Sunday 12 September with my sister, Olivia. I am terrified of heights and my legs turn to jelly when faced with a steep downward slope. The O2 is 50 metres high with a 30 degree incline - eek!
