Thank you for visiting our MBL Marathon running 2007 fundraising page. The race will be held on 27th May, the Bank Holiday weekend, through the historical Edinburgh .
Your support would mean a lot to us and to the Chinese disabled kids and the children in the rural areas- even a little money will go a long way! So please dig deep and sponsor us online.
"Culture for Children" is MBL's mission. All the money raised will go towards several ongoing projects which involve developing and supporting various cultural activities for children from China

Peng Li, I am currently working at Edinburgh as Development Engineer, and a part-time PhD student on Civil engineering field at Dundee University. In addition, I am sports committee of Edinburgh Chinese Students & Scholars Association. I am really enthusiastic on sports, such as football, basketball, running, and swimming. Moreover, it’s my pleasure to help Chinese children on this event in order to improve their life. Finally, hope we can achieve the purpose and every runner will enjoy in this event.
Di Jiang. I got my master's degree in Architecture in University of Edinburgh last year. And I am now working in an Architect office in Edinburgh. I like sports very much, especial football.I really want to do some thing for helping the children in some parts of China, I think this is a perfect chance.
Jiangtao Ma as a PhD student on molecular biologist and currently working in the Glasgow Biomedical Research Centre of University of Glasgow. Jiangtao has a keen interest in sports. especially in football, weight training and long distance running. However, this is the first time he joins such event.
Herman Yueng, I am currently studying Master of construction management at Napier University in Edinburgh. I am keen on sports and glad to help children in China.
