Story
Through out everyones life there will be moments when your mental health is tested. This year has been a challenge to our mental health and wellbeing, some more than others. Our physical health plays such a key role to help improve our mental health and wellbeing. It is proven that going outdoors for physical exercise improves how we feel. With this second lockdown the weather being colder and the dark nights pulling in its harder to get that motivation to go outdoors.
So with this in mind, on the weekend of the 28th November (Saturday & Sunday) as a team at Lloyds Bank Great Yarmouth & Gorleston, we will all be taking part to complete a virtual challenge of London to Paris (299 miles). All of the team will be challenging themselves to get outdoors to walk, run and/or bike over the weekend to raise funds for this great charity.
In these difficult financial times your finances may stretched but if you can please help support UK mental health to provide invaluable support and services for those at need by sponsoring us. Everything we sponsored will be matched by Lloyds Bank to double the money raised going to Charity.
I would imagine we all know somebody who has been affected by this invisible illness.
