Climate change affects us all but it hits the most vulnerable the hardest. CAFOD has an excellent range of World Gifts and, during this Season of Advent, Brentwood Cathedral aims to raise £719 to ‘Restore a Rainforest’. Many people living in the Amazon are under threat of eviction due to clearance, burning and logging. This gift can pay for the legal support needed to keep a community on their land so they can continue to protect and restore the rainforest they are living in.  There are lots of other World Gifts too - Fight an Amazon fire,  Weatherproof crops,  Queen bees - so whatever we raise it will be used to help promote climate justice for everyone .
