The Whinhill Golf Club have organised a sponsored walk on Sunday 13^th September 2020 from the Whinhill Golf Club to Largs with funds raised going towards ‘Ardgowan Hospice’.

This will be the tenth year the walk has been held for good causes after previous years when the club had organised a sponsored walk from Whinhill to Largs to raise money for the club’s centenary (2011) fund.

The committee of the club decided to continue the tradition with money raised every year since then, going towards good causes.

This will probably be the only social / fundraising event the club holds this year due to obvious circumstances / current health restrictions.

The walk will be undertaken with social distancing between all walkers.

The walk will take place on Sunday 13^th September 2020, leaving from the Whinhill Golf Club @ 10.00am and terminating at Largs town centre where transport (if required) will be provided to return back to the Whinhill Golf Club.

Anyone, young or old can take part.

The committee of the Whinhill Golf Club hope as much money as possible can be raised for this great local charity.
