I am doing a memory walk in honour of my Nan Joan who is battling mixed Dementia. She was diagnosed in April 2020. On the 5/07/2020 she was admitted to hospital after suffering from a stroke which has exacerbated her condition so she has to be cared for 24/7. She can’t remember but we remember for her! 💙💛💙💛
