Hello all!  I'm going to be doing what I can to raise money for Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland.  That might include running, baking or any other stupid challenge I can be dragged along with!

CHSS provide funding for research, support and care for those affected by stroke, coronary heart disease and chest illnesses.

My grandad was affected by a stroke and I am an asthma sufferer, so CHSS provide funding and assistance in two areas in which I've been directly affected.
