As you know i volunteer for St John Ambulance and we have 100's of volunteers working alongside our NHS heroes on the frontline fighting the coronavirus by helping on Ambulances in Emergency Departments or Nightingale hospitals but we need your help to make sure there is vital funding for St John Ambulance to keep us going through this tough time so as i cannot help clinically i thought i would challenge myself and raise some money as well as get fit  so i will be walking the length of the region from Stoke on Trent to Penzance approximately 470 miles on my treadmill Starting Monday for the next 30 days so if you can donate to my challenge that would be great and Thank you
