Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

In June this year we will both be flying to Iceland for a 3 day trek covering around 70km through difficult (hopefully stunning) terrain to support the DB Charities of the year.

In addition  to walking we will also be camping in fairly basic conditions and even putting up our own tents.

We have already started training and have been getting out walking at the weekend so we hope that the physical part will be manageable when June comes around.

Mary in particular is looking forward to the camping part and is really excited about the prospect of putting her own tent up! (pictures of us both attempting this will be provided!)

We are paying for the cost of this trip ourselves, however we would really appreciate if you would consider sponsoring us for this challenge.

Hopes and Homes for Children

Hopes and Homes for Children was the creation of two extraordinary individuals who believed that every child had the right to grow up in a loving family.
