September 7th is a day which I am both excited for and nervous at the same time. I am subjecting myself to Tough Mudder Yorkshire 2013.  For those of you who haven't heard of this check out the link below:

As well as enjoying the challenge that this poses I am also raising money for Cancer Research UK.  

My aunt Barbara Williamson recently passed after a short battle with cancer and she is sorely missed.  To support such a worthy cause in her memory is an honour.
