Re-engage is dedicated to fighting loneliness in old age. We help people over 75 who are facing loneliness and social isolation to re-engage with their communities through regular social contact, giving them a lifeline of friendship and something to look forward to. We have also recently launched call companions; our telephone befriending service for thousands of vulnerable older people in the UK.

The Big One! 2018 our biggest challenge to date

We will be walking from Just outside Glasgow and hope to finish at Inverness, starting on the 5th June 2018. We have calculated approx. 190miles in total including walking to and from our accommodations that we have booked, mainly B&B's

There will be lots of laughs, and tears on this trip

We will be posting photos and stories each day on Facebook and Twitter, (if phone signal is possible)
