Story

Hi, my name is Gregg. I'm a Nottinghamshire born & bred local and I've had long hair / dreadlocks for a combined time of over 10 years now. They have currently grown past my waist, and they have started to impact and get in the way of my lifestyle.  I thought it would be a good time to not just simply cut them off, but in doing so attempt to raise some money before hand for charity.

My Dad, Geoffrey, passed away from Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) in 2019. During his fight with cancer he underwent chemotherapy and during treatment lost all of his hair. I want to do this not only to remember and feel what he was going through, but to also raise awareness about Lymphoma, and raise money for this charity by having my head shaved!

I will be shaving my head at The Cavern Barbershop in Nottingham on December 1st 2021.

Donations will be accepted all the way up until January 31st 2022, which would have been my Dad's Birthday.

All the money raised will be going to Lymphoma Action.

Lymphoma Action is the UK’s only charity dedicated to lymphoma, the fifth most common cancer.
