We at BigHand are doing a 3 day 180 Mile bike ride for our chosen Charity CALM. Its a really good cause and if my riding skills are anything to go by it will be incredibly tough. Any sponsorship would be amazing. I have also put a small bit of info about CALM and what they do below.

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male.
