Hamble Lifeboat is an independent Lifeboat Service which has been saving lives since 1968. Based in Hamble, we operate in the central Solent, Southampton water and Rivers Hamble, Test and Itchen. We respond to over 100 Incidents per year. Your donations enable us to keep saving lives.

Story

AAA is helping to fund the research into a cure for MND (Motor Neurones Disease). Alie died of it earlier this year. A friend, fellow Producer, Mother of two. MND is completely indiscriminate. Sex, age, race, creed, culture. It doesn't matter.

Hamble Lifeboat is community funded. It gets tasked around 100 times a year, its crewed by a salt of the earth crew of volunteers and it makes a huge different to those who get into trouble in the Central Solent, Southampton Water and those of the Itchen and Test; Rivers that wrap around the Port of Southampton.

I'd like to help both. I'd like you to help me, help them...
