Giving my hair the chop for The Little Princess Trust

Greta Milburn is raising money for Little Princess Trust

Cutting my hair for The Little Princess Trust · 4 May 2021

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Lots of you will know that I have a LOT of very thick, long hair. I’m going to be cutting and donating  at least 17cm to help create a wig for a child who will lose their hair to cancer. I’ll be doing this on May 4th.

 Any and all donations welcome.

£550 is the average cost to buy one real-hair wig for a child and so it’’s my goal to hopefully reach this much to help make a change to someones life

When a child loses their hair to cancer or another condition, we'll be there with a free, real hair wig to help restore their confidence and identity. We won't stop until the research that we fund ends childhood cancer forever.
