Paul and myself are taking part in the 100km 24 hour Thames Tow Path run in September. 

I think we have bumped our heads signing up for this distance but we like a challenge. 😄

We are doing it for slideaway as it’s a charity close to our hearts and has helped with family members through difficult times.
