The marathon is done and dusted and our legs are getting better. James and I both ran our little socks off and the thought of helping a few pups along the way definitely helped me push myself through the whole 26.2 miles. I must say, it really hurt!
My wife and I fostered Skippy (pictured) after the local vet phoned us to say he urgently needed a home after an injury put an end to his racing career.
GRWE took him in and he is now getting the expert help he needs. I am trying to raise as much money as possible to help Skippy and other dogs in the care of GRWE.
