Glasgow Association for Mental Health (GAMH) is an independent charity registered in Scotland. We provide a range of innovative and person centred support services to people with mental health problems and their carers, including Young Carers. Our work produces positive life enhancing outcomes.

Story

The staff at Glasgow Royal Infirmary Emergency Department have decided to challenge ourselves to walk 10’000 steps a day over a four week period to raise money and awareness for this great charity. By participating in this challenge will also improve the well being of those involved and encourage us to get outdoors and chatting with our walking buddies. We are hoping to raise at least £1000 anything over this would be amazing. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
