On March 18^th 2018, I will be taking part in The Grizzly, as I’m sure you’re aware that’s twenty-ish muddy, hilly, boggy, beachy miles of the multiest-terrain running experience you will find this side of the end of time.

I will be running (and walking) this race in order to raise much needed funds for Newton Poppleford Primary School, where my daughter attends. The school is currently undergoing a rebuild but, once complete, will require the purchase of new equipment including (but not limited to) new gym equipment, a new stage for school performances, new school signage, an outdoor shelter, play equipment, various pieces of furniture and many more items.

The PTFA has a goal of raising £10000 through various events held throughout the year, and this race is my way of helping as much as I am able.
