Please feel free to leave a message for specific events or people you are supporting.</p> <p>For more specific information about the work we do please visit our website <a href="http://www.hcptgroup26.com">www.hcptgroup26.com</a></p> <p>HCPT Group 26 is part of the wider Trust family.</p> <p>Each year we take a group of very special young people with a wide range of needs for an unforgetable weeks holiday to Lourdes in the south of France.</p> <p>Our aim is to give each young person a week filled with experiences and memories that will last them a life time.</p> <p>All our helpers who provide excellent 1:1 care, find their own fares, but as a group we raise them money for all the expenses the trip incurs for our young people.</p> <p>Thank you for helping us to make this holiday so special for such incredible&nbsp;young people.</p>
