Normally the only thing I'd run is a bubble bath, but I decided that I wanted to put in the effort and properly train to run 5k for a very worthy cause. I'm not a natural athelete but am training four times a week in the hope that people will see the work I'm putting in and donate what they can to help Breast Cancer Care.
