Story

So, covid has hit the charity sector hard. I know because I work within it. Sadly it's also made fundraising events all the more challenging too.

I've done many solo fundraising events over the years, but this time I decided to get the hound involved too, as this challenge is going to be a bit out of my comfort zone! (anyone who knows me, knows I'm an avoider of cardio!) Woof Mudder is a muddy dog run to raise money for St Luke's Hospice. It is a muddy obstacle course run consisting of hills, mud, obstacles, water and even more mud!!  So, if you could give me some motivation and throw some dosh at this page to give me a reason to get this done, I'll be eternally grateful (after I've recovered!)

Here's a bit about St Luke’s :

Since 1988, St Luke’s has been providing palliative care to local people, supporting them in ways which go beyond the scope and funding of the NHS. Last year we supported over 1,000 local people with a huge range of support from end of life care on our ward to supporting carers, and from helping children cope with grief to helping patients return to work after an illness. We are a charity and provide all our care for free, so we rely on the generosity and commitment of our supporters to raise more than 80% of our costs.
