Our founder, Graham Shapiro, will be competing in the Ironman Relay in Vouliagmeni, Athens, Greece, alongside two of his close friends James Holloway and Jon Biddle, to raise money for The Graham Shapiro Foundation; a registered UK non profit organisation that strives to establish a real way to support mental health, wellbeing and to inspire innovation and young entrepreneurialism in the UK.

Graham will start with the 1.9km ocean swim of Vari Bay in the Athenian Riviera, James then the 57mile coastal bike course and finally Jon the 13 mile run, towards the spectacular Lake Vouliagmeni. All to raise money for The Foundation’s Mental Health and Well-being charities: MIND, YoungMinds, The Mental Health Foundation, Help for Heroes and Alzheimer's Society.
