Thames Path Ultra Challenge 2023 · 9 September 2023 to 10 September 2023 ·

We are the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we're leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Story

I've done fundraising for mental health before, and I thought CALM seemed a really amazing small charity who focus on mens mental health and suicide prevention.

I've also done some running before but this is only the second time I will attempt the 100k distance in one go!  its a big feat for my body and training..  I know running has helped me with my mental health a lot in the past so I hope to tie the two together again.

please do sponsor me if you can.  I will post updates on my YouTube, Threads, Instagram and Facebook pages so keep a look out for updates over the next 8 weeks till the event on the 9th September!
