Last July, I unfortunately lost my dear Grandmother. She was a palliative care patient and we were treating her at home. It took a massive emotional, physical and mental toll on my Family and I. At home we ensured we made her comfortable surrounded by love and prays. St Lukes ensure they make the remaining days as comfortable and peaceful for those who are in their care and provide their families with the guidance they need. When I think of those who they support its amazing, its not easy to cope with such circumstances for any Family, but,they ensure they give the specialist care in a professional and kind manner.
