Story
On Sunday the 10th of August I will attempt the Ride London 100 starting in the Olympic park, through London into Surrey, up and down a few hills, then back into London ending on the Mall. By the time I return home I will have cycled around 110 miles.
In 2012 I successfully rode a much shorter ride in the name of charity after several weeks of training and healthy diet. This time, to make things more challenging I am preparing by enjoying the festivities of weddings each of the three weekends prior to the ride. I am sure the extra pain this will cause will inspire you to donate generously!
A note about the cause: Roy Castle give help and hope to people affected by lung cancer. They funds research into the early detection of the disease, help people to quit smoking and campaign for better outcomes for lung cancer patients
