Ever since I was a school kid I always wanted to climb Kilimanjaro. I spent a lot of time visiting East Africa when I was younger and especially Kenya where my parents built a house. I love the Africian outdoors and in January I hope to combine this with trying to raise money for a really good cause; which directly helps desperate people who otherwise would have little hope. My parents run the charity MEAK (Medical & Educational Aid to Kenya) which carrys out open heart surgery on children and eye surgery in the remote areas of Kenya www.meak.org . Due to the high cost and scarce availability of medicial treatment there is little other hope for them. It has improved and saved many lives. I would appreciate any help you could give.
