One YMCA exists to change and save lives across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Supporting 150,000 per year to escape homelessness, flee domestic abuse relationships, access independent sexual violence advisors, get mental health support through Signpost's counselling, and overcome barriers in their lives on their journey to independence.
