I have served in the Royal Dragoon Guards for five years. This will be my first foray into marathon running.

The work that the Royal Dragoon Guards Association does day to day is exceptional and I have seen first hand the support they give to current and ex-serving members of the regiment. There is so much more work they can do but not without the help of funding. Without the regimental association we would be lost and the families of those who serve would suffer, the memory of those who served would fade and the amazing feats of the Regiment’s past would go uncelebrated. My aim is to help them in this small way. 

This will also mark the start of my training for a full marathon later!
