I work closely with MDUK in their fundraising through The Microscope Ball and am acutely aware of the colossal shortfall in funding they face this year and the impact this will have on those so dependent upon them, due to the cancellation of a number of key fundraising events.

They are an AMAZING charity and if your are able to help, that would be wonderful. So, I thought of doing some press ups! Initial plan was 3,000 in 14 days, starting today, 10th May. However, my 12 year old daughter Annabelle wanted to join me, and so it is now increased rather alarmingly to 5,000 press ups in 14 days!

I will aim for 250 a day and Annabelle 100, broken up in to sessions of between 25 and 50 a time.

Watching people do press ups is pretty dull, however we will provide some video evidence, and prob post them here or on our Instagram page! https://www.instagram.com/guidobowring
